Think - Prototype - Test - Design

Step 1: Think - What do customers want? We gain insight into users and their needs.Together we create ideas with a specific target user in mind rather than generic one. We make a user centric UX design.

Step 2: Prototype - Prototypes are one of the most important steps in the design process. It allows us to test rapidly our ideas with the users.

Step 3: Test - Test and improve the design. I like to work with the "Thinking Aloud" Test: It is fast, cheap and very flexible. 

Step 4: Visual Design  - I finish the project by deliver visual designs in Sketch,  PSD or export it to Zeplin.
